Sololaki Business Center

A successful businessman in Georgia planned to build a ‘business centre’ as the base of his business on a hill overlooking Tbilisi city, and held an international architectural design competition.
As the result, Shin Takamatsu was designated. The business centre is not a mere office building. It consists of a guest house, a multipurpose hall, large and small conference
rooms, a fitness gym, a swimming pool, a dance hall, an indoor tennis court, a relaxation space and the owner’s enormous residence.
